Derby at Elorde’s

A four-cock battle of champions will be held tomorrow, starting at 7 p.m., at the Elorde Cockpit Stadium on Sucat Road, Parañaque.

Top breeders and cockfighting aficionados from Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Muntinlupa and Las Piñas are expected to participate in the event promoted by businessman-sportsman Johnny Elorde.

The derby has a guaranteed prize of P300,000, with the entry fee at P11,000 and the handler and gaffer getting P20,000 and P10,000, respectively. Submission and declaration of weights (1.8-2.4kg) is today.

Meanwhile, a one-cock Ulutan Fastest Kill with a guaranteed prize of P150,000 will be held June 6.

The event is promoted by the Elorde Management.
