Experience Swiss countryside living at the Manor
Megaworld’s Global Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI) unveils a unique home option in Tagaytay, where one can fully grasp the exclusive life at the Swiss countryside. This exclusive enclave, called the Manor, is the latest residential development at the 1,200- hectare Twin Lakes.
The Manor will have the design inspiration culled from the famous chalets in the Swiss Alps, with the residential development being nestled at the mountainous landscape of Twin Lakes in Tagaytay.
The 11- story three clustered residential development will have limited units of about 129 and each floor will have an exclusive 14 units per floor that range from 27 sqm to 55 sqm for more privacy and security.
The chalet-inspired home will also feature a prominent balcony in each unit, which opens to the lavish nature outside including the refreshing view of the famous Taal Lake.
“Residents will have an ultimate experience of living at the Manor. Everyone can take in the cool breeze of Tagaytay while enjoying the serene nature backdrop of the township. They will have a wonderful time relaxing and experiencing nature as they settle in the development’s comforts,” said Glennford Heraldo, VP for sales and marketing of Twin Lakes, GERI.
Aside from the township’s leisure and recreational amenities, future residents and guests will also have two exclusive amenity decks, which include a swimming pool with lounge and spa, a function hall, a business center, a fitness center, a game room, as well as outdoor amenities and a children’s play area.
Located within the Twin Lake’s The Vineyard, a 1.3-hectare residential phase of the township, unit owners at the Manor will also be given the rare privilege to be in the midst of the very first vineyard in the Philippines. The 10-hectare vineyard is a stunning landscape of tidy rows of grape- dotted vines that banter unpredictably with the changing seasons, a setting that mirrors the world’s renowned vineyards in Tuscany and Napa Valley.
“Within the comfort of a Swiss-inspired home, the Manor will exude the rustic charm of a European countryside living, wherein residents can have a picturesque life by the balcony while sipping fine wine and gratifying on a deep conversation with a loved one,” he said.
The Vineyard will be overseen by Filipino farmer-scientist Avelino Lomboy. Meanwhile, Spanish consultants will be on top of making brandies and wines made from the grapes produced at The Vineyard. The products will then be stored and showcased in a traditional wine chateau. Named the Chateau Winery, the French- inspired wine chateau will be located next to Twin Lake’s beautiful man-made lake.
