The Vantage at Kapitolyo rises
Following the success of the West Tower launch, Rockwell Primaries is launching the East Tower of The Vantage at Kapitolyo and is already accepting reservations from interested buyers.
The East Tower faces United St. and offers residents the morning sun and stunning views of the Ortigas, Makati and BGC skylines.

The Vantage at Kapitolyo - Rockwell Primaries’ first high-rise development in Pasig and the second project under its portfolio, is a development that blends into the charming Kapitolyo village that aims to enhance the experience through its pedestrian-friendly neighborhood and retail rows that address the community’s necessities. The residential development sits on a 5,619-sqm area featuring two high-rise residential towers with seven floors of parking space and a two-level retail strip.
With its promise to maintain a low- density development, certain zones of the East Tower will feature a typical floor layout with only 14 units to a floor; while there are zones with only 10 units to a floor, ensuring the development’s exclusivity.
Each unit cut has specifically been tailored to fit the needs of the homeowners. The East Tower starts off with onebedroom unit sizes ranging from 38-42 sqm priced at P4.5 – 6.5 million.
Two-bedroom units are also offered in the East Tower, ranging from 60- 84 sqm priced at P8.3 – 11.9 million, which already includes one parking slot. A 2BR unit includes two toilet and bathrooms and a service/utility room.
Lastly, the East Tower also features its three-bedroom unit that gives enough space and floor area for a grown family, making them feel like they are living in an actual house. The 3BR units of the East Tower come in sizes from 105 – 114 sqm and are priced at P14.3 – 15.9 million, inclusive of one parking slot already. It includes a living and dining area, kitchen, foyer, balcony, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a utility room/maid’s room.
