Speedo unveils new collection
Speedo recently launched its newest collections and new ambassadors who inspire people to swim for fitness. Speedo has collaborated with the world’s leading athletes, coaches, sports scientist and physiotherapists to design swimwear that enables its users to achieve the perfect body position when swimming. What is new with the Swim Fitness suits is its use of technology and design from the elite racing suit, the Fastskin LZR Racer X. It’s also composed of power mesh panels to support core areas.
The Competitive collection for training features creative elements blending together to create surprising designs with graphics inspired by the LZR Racer X, double cross backs, and allover print panel with split strap backs in the female range. In terms of application, the details are dictated by form, function, and performance, while color and graphics overlay imagery using transparent effects and high energy bright and fluorescents to maximize color impact.
Both collections are made up of Endurance+ fabric. This uses a blend of PBT and polyester fibers, which help provide high chlorine resistance.
The Fastskin is a range of racing suits that not only work with your body shape but also meets your personal swimwear preferences. The LZR Racer X is Speedo’s latest innovation, which increases targeted compression and streamlines the body while support seams hold you higher in the water making you faster. The LZR Racer Elite 2 features all-over suit compression creating a streamlined shape in the water.
Designedfor men, the Watershorts are packed full of great technology, versatile and stylish. It’s got pocket drainage to prevent water and sand from weighing you down and it’s also quick drying with superb comfort thanks to its lightweight fabric. Pair these watershorts with this season’s
