Rody looking for ‘killer’ of corrupt in PCSO

DAVAO CITY – President Duterte is still looking for somebody who has the guts to kill “corrupt” people to head the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

“I am looking for a killer who would kill everyone there,” the President said, describing the PCSO as the most corrupt agency of government and the milking cow of certain sectors.

He said this was the reason why a “berdugo” (executioner) was needed to effectively head the agency.

“They have a hold on bingo, also lotto and

jueteng ( operations),” Duterte said without identifying anybody from the PCSO.

“That is the racket and you would notice that I have never appointed anybody there,” the President told more than 2,000 in the audience in yesterday’s Oya Mindanaw! State of Mindanao Environment Day held at the Ateneo de Davao University.

He said whoever would be appointed PCSO chairman would have his blessing to kill anyone who would commit corruption in the PCSO.

“I will give you a warning. Do not f*** with me… As President I have the immunity from civil or criminal (charges)… pag naasar ako sa iyo, barilin kita

diyan (if I get pissed at you, I will shoot you),” Duterte said, adding his pastime was killing “bad people” and he has not been wasting his time thinking of other things.
