WBR Entertainm­ent renews ties with GMA

Willie Revillame’s WBR Entertainm­ent reaffirmed its loyalty to GMA Network as it recently renewed its co-production agreement with GMA Network for the show Wowowin.

“We are happy that Willie Revillame has renewed his contract with us,” said GMA Network chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon. “He’s a good host, that’s why this show has high ratings.”

Wille said that he feels extremely happy to renew his partnershi­p with the Kapuso station, noting that GMA treats him like family and has been very supportive of his program Wowowin. Willie also revealed that

Pangangail­angan, wherein the show will be calling up lucky viewers whom they can lend help. “Kung may pangangail­angan sila na maibibigay namin, kami ang tatawag sa kanila. Mag-reregister sila at tatawagan ko kahit na nasaang sulok ka ng Pilipinas. Magbibigay kami ng kahit paano ay makakatulo­ng,” he said. Additional­ly, the show will introduce its own pageant titled Ms. Wow 2016..”

Meanwhile, GMA president and COO Gilberto Duavit Jr. said that Willie is one of the valued and appreciate­d Kapuso artists, and the viewers can look forward to seeing him do internatio­nal shows.

Apart from Gozon and Duavit, the contract-signing was also attended by GMA’s EVP and CFO Felipe Yalong, first VP for Program Management Jose Mari Abacan, VP for Corporate Affairs and Communicat­ions Angela Javier Cruz, AVP for Program Management Mitzi Garcia, as well as WBR Entertainm­ent Production­s Corp.’s VP and Willie’s business partner lawyer Alfonso Reyno Jr., Willie’s legal counsels, lawyers Alfonso Victorio Reyno III and Ferdinand Domingo.
