TPLEX’S BINALONAN TOLL PLAZA NOW OPEN:

Private Infra Dev Corp. (PIDC), operator of the 89-km Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway recently opened its Binalonan Toll Plaza. Motorists from Manila going to the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag in Pangasinan can expect a shorter travel time and greater convenience. The new toll plaza is only 10 minutes away from the Basilica. Travel from Manila to Baguio City has been further shortened and now takes three and a half hours or less. Now 67 kms. long, TPLEX’s final 22-km stretch to Rosario, La Union is underway and is expected to be completed in 2018. By then, travel time from Tarlac to La Union will take less than an hour. With TPLEX, PIDC aims to help further accelerate growth in trade, tourism and agriculture in central and northern Luzon.
