Golden Phoenix launches loyalty membership program

Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila launched last July 28 its loyalty membership program, Club Phoenix, which offers exciting rewards and privileges to those who wish to sign up as members.

The membership program has two tiers – the premiere tier called Club Phoenix, and the more affordable and flexible Club Phoenix Affinity.

Club Phoenix program manager, Juan Miguel Barrera, says the program is paperless and uses a virtual card which lets the cardholder track his account via smartphone.

Aside from enjoying the rewards and privileges that go with the membership, cardholder­s earn Phoenix Points by dining and staying at the hotel.

Also during the launch event, CTRIP, a leading provider of travel services including accommodat­ion reservatio­ns and transporta­tion ticketing in the wide China market, gave Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila official recognitio­n as Chinese Preferred Deluxe Hotel.
