“Senior Associate” and “Junior Associate”

Looking for highly qualified corporate lawyer

We are a boutique Legal Consultancy based in U.A.E. We are looking for highly skilled corporate commercial lawyer with over 5 to 6 years of experience “Senior Associate” and a Junior Associate with over 2 years of corporate experience. The concerned applicant must be fluent in English and should possess excellent writing skills. Preference shall be given to those applicants who possess a Master’s degree from a reputed U.S. or U.K based University. There is also an option to work either from Manila or work from our offices in Dubai.

The concerned applicant should have the relevant experience in drafting Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Terms Sheets, mining agreements and other commercial documents in relation to banking, finance and infrastructure projects. In short, we are looking for a hard-core, qualified corporate commercial lawyer for the senior associate position who can in effect lead a transaction independently with minimal supervision and a hard working qualified junior associate who has spent two years drafting commercial agreements as well as taken part in court proceedings.
