To celebrate the launching, different personalities were invited to speak at the press conference. As experts in branding, entrepreneurship and investments, the speakers talked about how they pursued their passions to rise above a cutthroat landscape.

The newest high-rise was launched to members of the online press and print media at Gallery at A Space in Makati City. A Space was definitely the perfect venue for the launch because it features a collaborative workspace, which is one of the highlight amenities of The Ellis.

Meanwhile, Jackie Van de Ende, Lamudi Philippines Inc. founder and managing director, shared how young entrepreneurs can build and buy their own properties.
At the event, hosted by Guji Lorenzana, guests were introduced to the features that set The Ellis apart from its competitors — modern, unconventional “first-of-its-kind” offerings that have been designed with its future creative residents in mind.
Eugene Em Lozano, vice president for sales and marketing of Megaworld Makati CBD, showed the first-of-its-kind features of The Ellis such as the Link Units, which allow residents to own a living space that’s attached to another unit, easily converted into a working space; the Town Hall, a contemporary space for casual gatherings; and the Pause & Play Room, an entertainment space.
