Aseana Residential slates launch of first condo dev’t
Pixel Residences, the first residential development of Aseana Residential Holdings, is well underway with construction to start in 2017 and completion targeted by December 2019.
Located at Aseana City in Parañaque City, Pixel Residences was conceptualized to meet the demand for quality, generous living spaces at a prime location within a master planned community.
Pixel Residences will stand within the 107-hectare emerging business, entertainment and tourist destination called Aseana City, developed by D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. (DMWAI), the parent firm of Aseana Residential Holdings.

Covering 1,785 square meters of land, the development will boast a 15-story building, with each floor housing 18 spacious units.
