Rouse has made it his life’s work to teach people inspired self-care. As he conveys in his book, Think Eat Move Thrive: The Practice for an Awesome Life, people can uncover the fact that they are healers. “With each move you make toward thinking big, eating well, and moving with passion, power, and gratitude every day, you raise your vibration and create a wave.”
