Havaianas x Charlotte Olympia = Playful chic
It takes a true fashionista to know that good footwear can take you to good places. And that is exactly what Havaianas, the world’s favorite Brazilian flip-flop brand, set out to do when it launched the glamorous capsule collection of Havaianas Charlotte Olympia at the Love Candy Pie (LCP) Shop in Bonifacio Global City last Sept. 27.
Guests from the media, along with some of the country’s darling fashion icons such as Rima Ostwani and Isabelle Daza, gathered together at their chic store that boasts luxury, style and comfort. They had first dibs on the highlighted pieces from the latest collaboration between top international brands Havaianas and Charlotte Olympia, which includes Bruce Top (P1,995), Kitty Slim (P2,095) and Charlotte’s Web ( P3,295). The collection plays around Charlotte Olympia’s signature color palette of gold, blush, red and leopard print.
The Love Candy Pie shop owned by passionate fashion entrepreneur Pie Alvarez was indeed the perfect venue for the launch. It brought an energetic vibe that mixed the sassy and classy in one perfect little soiree where guests could relax, hang out and have a few cocktails while they browsed and shopped through the handpicked luxurious fashion brands available.
“The playful and punchy Charlotte Olympia collection for Havaianas is perfect for the LCP girl whose style confidently shifts from cutting-edge to casually chic,” says Havaianas Philippines managing director Anne Gonzalez. “The flip-flops were produced in limited quantity, making LCP the ideal boutique that caters to women who value exclusivity.”
