Rockwell Primaries adds color to the South

-

Rockwell Primaries launched recently its biggest development, the 6.5-hectare East Bay Residences located in Sucat, Muntinlupa. It is transforming the former Tribeca Residences into a warm and inspiring neighborhood in the South that homeowners yearn for.

Enjoy the best of both worlds— a sprawling sanctuary in the midst of the hustle and bustle of city life. The gated residences promise exclusivity and safety to homeowners of the middensity property. Expansive on-ground amenities and reliable services aid in the strengthening of the worry-free feeling and of neighborhood ties. The allure of southern suburban living appeals to young families and professionals who are seeking for a more relaxed abode.

Residents are ensured of convenience with a three- level retail row that will house a supermarket, bank, cinema, restaurants, and other essential retail establishments in the future. Rockwell Primaries paints the south with a signature style that harps on accessibility, quality, and the living experience.

“We at Rockwell Primaries will take all that is great about the South and transform it, making it into a community where our homeowners have the best of both worlds in terms of modern comforts and convenience that city living provides, all while having the laidback ambience the South is known for. We are creating an exciting fresh start, adding color and vibrancy to Southern living,” said Malou Pineda, senior vice president, Rockwell Primaries Development Corp.

East Bay embraces the feel of the outdoors, one very distinct feature of southern dwelling. Much of the designs and functions in the property incorporates the value for open spaces, natural cooling and lighting in a mid-density environment. The project distinctly comprises of more nature than structure in its 60:40 ratio of open spaces to residential ones.

“East Bay will make weekends, and even weekdays all the more enjoyable. Our goal is to build a tight-knit community that’s centered on comfort and convenience,” said Pineda.

East Bay Residences offers a 25-meter lap pool, a gazebo, a barbeque area, a multipurpose court, a playground, a jogging path, and a clubhouse with a gym and function halls.

The well-planned units allow larger than usual areas that translate to flexible use of the interiors. The Fordham Tower will be East Bay’s first tower which is 15 stories high, with 22 units per floor. Units range from 44-98 square meters.

Have ample room for comfort with the one bedroom unit (44-46 sqm.) that is ideal for newlyweds and individuals. The unit comes with a den that can cater to hobbies, be converted into a workspace or an extra bedroom in the future. For families whose children are developing new interests and learning to be independent, the two bedroom unit (70-73 sqm.) accommodates such growing needs. The three bedroom unit provides enough space for grown families akin to an actual house, along with a storage room and maid’s quarters made available.

The modern tropical-themed building perfectly imbibes the soothing south vibe. In keeping with the outdoors, Rockwell Primaries features its passive cooling technology by adding private bridgeways and floating corridors to the units. Garden atriums are present every five floors, providing a charming touch of greenery in the building.

“It’s important for us to deliver livable spaces to our residents. East Bay maximizes form and function to capture the desirable ambiance of the south. East Bay will enrich the south with a community that guarantees a life lived better,” added Pineda.
