Embassy of Hungary chooses DelRosarioLaw Centre
The Embassy of Hungary is set to reopen their diplomatic office in the country by the end of this year.
After a long period of search, the embassy chose the DelRosarioLaw Centre in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig over a list of other options due its location, accessibility and suitability of size coupled with the unobstructed views of the McKinley West.
The DelRosarioLaw Centre appointed Pronove Tai International Property Consultants as its sole leasing agents to find suitable tenants to its prestigious building.
It is located at the 21st Drive corner 20th Drive, away from the congestion of the city centre but within close proximity to high end residential developments of Essensa East Forbes and McKinley West.
Ambassador Bencze and his team were visibly impressed with the building and its management.
“This building was our top pick due to its quiet and secure location as well as the suitability of the size to our requirements. We are very happy to be here,” the ambassador said.
The building is also occupied by the Del Rosario & Del Rosario Law Offices, recognized as one of the most respected and highly trusted law firms in the country, specializing in maritime law. It prides itself with its roster of tenants including the Norwegian and Swedish embassies.
