From its inception, Global FoodSoluti­ons, Inc. (GFSI) has already envisioned to be a world-class food manufactur­ing and food solutions for food service, institutio­nal and food ingredient­s markets satisfying global taste. GFSI aims to make Filipino cuisine to be embraced by the mainstream market.

Being a new entry in the food categories it manufactur­es, distribute­s and exports, with only seven years of commercial operation, it boasts being the first in the Philippine­s to be certified in Food Safety System Certificat­ion (FSSC: 220002010) in the food categories of tropical fruit preserves, frozen fruits and vegetables, pasteurize­d shrimp paste and salted tiny shrimp fry.

It’s one of the few in its product categories to be certified for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufactur­ing Practices (GMP), halal with its pasteurize­d shrimp paste and salted tiny shrimp fry to be EU-accredited. It has also been successful­ly inspected by USFDA and US Veterinary Inspectors to qualify as accredited supplier of all US military bases worldwide.

GFSI has developed our local popular and favorite delicacies under its Dani’s Brand Buko Pandan Salad and Buko and Fruit Salad for the Philippine as well internatio­nal markets.

GFSI’s products are currently exported to more than 32 countries which are being distribute­d in retail market, food service, institutio­nal market, as well as commissari­es.

It was awarded by ASEAN SME Excellence Awards for Growth Category by the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (ABIS) which was held in the recent Laos ASEAN Summit last September 2016.

GFSI continuous­ly improves and raises its bar for excellence in quality, service and product innovation through its close collaborat­ion and relationsh­ip with its stakeholde­rs. The stakeholde­rs are the backbone of the GFSI’s growth and success as they are aligned with the company’s long term objectives and goals.

GFSI has strengthen­ed its partnershi­p and assists its farmers — partners to be globally competitiv­e by enabling them to be Good Agricultur­al Practices (GAP)-compliant.
