OK’d R-13 without cuts
Regal Entertainment’s intriguing sex drama, The Escort, starring Derek Ramsay and Lovi Poe under the direction of Enzo Williams, sizzles its way to theaters nationwide starting Nov. 2.
The erotic offering, Derek and Lovi’s first team-up, has been classified “R13 without cuts” by the MTRCB much to the delight of producers Lily and Roselle Monteverde.
This means even the censors board found not just Derek and Lovi’s muchtalked-about titillating scenes, but those of Lovi and Christopher de Leon, and Derek and Jean Garcia as integral parts of the story.
The four actors were so drawn to their respective characters that they agreed to dabble in several steamy lovemaking scenes tastefully executed by direk Enzo.
Lovi, for one, went as far as going topless in an intimate scene with Derek with no “protection” on except for the hunk actor’s naked body.
In The Escort, Derek plays an exescort named Xyruz, abandoned by his mom at a tender age and dumped by his fiancée a few days before their altar date.
These two unfortunate incidents drive Xyruz to curse women and vow never to fall in love again.
Lovi, meanwhile, is Yassi, left to raise and take care of her siblings after their parents die in an accident.
When Xyruz and Yassi’s paths cross, the former surprisingly falls for the latter. He tries hard to resist his feelings for her as he wants her to join the escort company for which he works as a senior.
Xyruz is head-over-heels in love with Yassi but he has to sacrifice his feelings for her in exchange of work.
He has to ignore what he feels so he can offer Yassi as an escort to rich real estate mogul Gary, played by Christopher.
Will Xyruz and Yassi sacrifice love for each other over wealth and success?
