The Yuletide season can now be felt at SM Supermalls after it unveiled over the weekend the beautiful Christmas centerpieces for families to enjoy.

SM Rosales in Pangasinan unveiled Friday night its Christmas Igloo Fun Park for its shoppers to experience a winter Christmas.

“What we want to achieve here really is the magical experience for the kids,” said Catherine Garcia, assistant mall manager.

“As kids, we only read in the books about igloo and we hope to see it in real life. But you can’t really think what an actual igloo is, so we made our centerpiece this Christmas for them. We want them to experience a winter wonderland. At least now we know what an igloo is,” she added.

At SM City Marilao in Bulacan, mall goers will enjoy a colorful Christmas Village with a 14-meter sleigh of Santa Claus, eight-foot-high Christmas trees, life-size bears and intricately decorated homes.

“It has been an exciting challenge to make our Christmas display enjoyable for the whole family. We always want to enhance our shoppers’ experience and create a new holiday tradition through our Christmas centerpieces,” SM City Marilao mall manager Bernadette Velasco said.

At SM City San Jose del Monte in Bulacan, families will enjoy a huge interactive Christmas display inspired by the hit cartoon series Princess Bubblegum’s Candy Kingdom.

Shoppers can have their pictures taken with giant peppermints, a drawbridge overlooking 12-foot candy houses, 10-foot cotton candy trees, candy cane posts and marshmallow arch.

At SM City Baliwag in Bulacan, families will be welcomed by a 27-meter ice attraction. They will feel the magic of white Christmas and the thrill of ice skating in the “Snow Castle,” a mobile ice skating rink measuring 100 square meter.
