Amaia turns over 2K units across 22 projects this year

-

Amaia Land homeowners will soon be welcomed into their new abodes as the Ayala-run company starts to deliver units in seven more of its developments before the year ends, bringing the number of its operational projects to 22.

Already, Amaia Land has delivered almost 3,000 homes in 16 projects to its clients, of which 1,000 were delivered earlier this year. Before this year ends, it is committed to turn over another 1,000 units to homeowners.

“We take pride in seeing customers pleased with their new homes. During turnover, clients excitedly envision the look they want for their units. We accompany them to our model units and answer questions they have about unit improvements,” said Tricia Macawile of Amaia’s Customer Care Group.

“We ensure readiness, cleanliness, and completeness of units. When clients find minor items for rectification, we ensure that these are handled on the day of the turnover or that these are addressed within seven days.”

This November and December, new residents will be welcomed into their homes in Amaia Skies Cubao, Amaia Scapes Cabanatuan, Amaia Scapes San Fernando, Amaia Scapes Urdaneta, Amaia Scapes Trece Martires, Amaia Skies Avenida and Amaia Steps Novaliches.

Amaia Land has so far been successfully turning over units in 15 projects, eight of which had started this year. The eight are Amaia Steps Pasig, Amaia Steps Bicutan, Amaia Steps NUVALI, Amaia Steps Mandaue, Amaia Scapes Bauan, Amaia Scapes Capas, Amaia Scapes Trece Martires, and Amaia Steps Novaliches.

Moreover, Amaia is targeting to deliver another 1,000 units to their owners early in 2017. To be added to the list of operational projects are Amaia Skies Sta. Mesa, Amaia Scapes San Pablo, Amaia Scapes Bulacan, Amaia Scapes General Trias and Amaia Steps Altaraza.

“Amaia remains the partner of hardworking Filipinos in building dreams and providing affordable but quality homes for their loved ones. We are working hard to ensure customers that our projects are executed properly and their hard-earned investments will be worth every peso,” said Amaia president Robert Lao.
