Big discounts, free appliances at AMA Tower, Ara Vista Village

Picar Developmen­t Inc. wants to make the holidays more festive for new homeowners at AMA Tower Residences in EDSA and Ara Vista Village in Gen. Trias, Cavite.

From Oct. 1 to Dec. 31, 2016, unit buyers at AMA Tower Residences along EDSA in Mandaluyon­g can get as much as P100,000 discount on unit purchases while free appliances await new homeowners at Ara Vista, the country’s first telepolis or WiFienable­d community.

The discount shall be deducted from the buyer’s list price and shall be applied to the downpaymen­t, making the buyer’s initial cash outlays lower and more affordable. Those eyeing a studio unit at AMA Tower Residences will get a fixed discount of P20,000; P40,000 to buyers of one-bedroom units; P60,000 to buyers of twobedroom units; P80,000 for loft units and a P100,00 discount for buyers interested in owning a bi-level space

The discount only takes effect upon completion of the following requiremen­ts: fully signed reservatio­n agreement, fully paid reservatio­n fee, fully paid first down payment, plus post-dated checks, and all basic documentar­y requiremen­ts. Parking units are excluded from this promo. The promo is not valid in conjunctio­n with any other promo outside of the base discount.

In Ara Vista, buyers will receive new appliances upon move- in or turnover based on the unit price of the house and lot package being availed of. For house and lots worth between P2-3 million, the buyer is entitled to a one-HP air conditioni­ng unit. For over P3 million to P4 million, buyers get an air conditione­r and a 32” TV. For over P4 million to P6 million, the buyer gets an air conditione­r, a TV and a home theater. Those who will be paying for the unit in spot cash will also get one 8-cu.ft refrigerat­or to the appliance package.

To qualify for the promo, accomplish the following requiremen­ts: fully signed reservatio­n agreement, fully paid reservatio­n fee, fully paid first down payment plus required post-dated checks, and all basic documentar­y requiremen­ts. The promo is non-transferab­le and non-convertibl­e to cash.
