CREBA CITES HLURB CHIEF:

The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations Inc. (CREBA), led by national chairman Noel Toti Cariño (right) and national president Charlie Gorayeb (left), awards Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) CEO and commissioner Antonio Bernardo a plaque of appreciation during the group’s recent monthly business meeting held at Dusit Thani, Manila. CREBA cited the outgoing HLURB chief for his outstanding leadership and service from 2010-2016 during which the agency developed rules and regulations that fostered a more vibrant and business-friendly climate for housing and real estate development in the country.
