Hotels and restaurants all over the country have partnered with the Zonta Club of MakatiAyala (ZCMA) in the global campaign to say NO to Violence Against Women during the 16 Days of Activism, ongoing until Dec. 10.

During the recent signing of the memorandum of agreement held at the Manila Diamond Hotel, hotel and restaurant partners took a vow to deliver a universal message of fighting violence against women and mobilizing resources for these e f for ts . Taking a different ap- proach to the issue, they have each created dishes, drinks and desserts in a special orange color that symbolizes a brighter future for women.

The beneficiary of this program is Cameleon Association, a French NGO committed to rehabilitating girls, typically aged 5-18 years who have experienced sexual abuse or incest. The organization helps unprivileged women redeem their self-esteem, return to their normal lives and start a new endeavor.
