Vin stands 5’10.5”; weighs 148 lbs.; and wears small-size shirt, medium-size briefs and size-11 shoes.

What kind of diet do you follow?

“Occasional­ly, I eat a lot, as in maramingBu­t if I’m preparing for a shoot or a pictorial, I observe what I call an ‘intermedia­te fasting,’ a 16-hour diet with a window of eight hours when you can eat anything you want. For example, if you have your last meal at 7 p.m., your next meal should be at 11 a.m. the next day. Otherwise, on ordinary days I take three meals a day.”

What’s usually for breakfast?

“Bread, as many pieces as I can, with eggs and coffee with cream or sugar. Or cereals. For lunch, mostly beef or chicken breast. I have stopped eating pork. For dinner, I eat as much as I can kasi

payatin ako so I need to gain weight.”

Favorite food?

“A lot — pancit canton, spam, noodles.”

How much water do you take per day?

“Not much. I drink only after every meal. But I take a lot of buko juice. My ref is full of bottles of buko juice. I order 10 bottles every three days.”

What vitamins do you take?

“Solid multi-vitamins and solid vitamin C.”

How much sleep do you get per night?

“Five hours.”

Favorite sleepwear?

“I sleep alone, so I prefer to sleep in the nude. Nagtitipid sa laundry, hahahaha!!! I sleep with the aircon turned on full blast. I cover myself with a comforter.”

How many pillows do you sleep with?

“Four. Two on either side of me, one under my head and the one I hug.”

Last thing that you do before you go to sleep?

“I pray the Rosary.”

First thing that you do as soon as you wake up?

“I recite the prayer in my Mt. Carmel scapular. I wear it all the time.” Do you snore? “No.”

Do you talk in your sleep?

“I don’t, but my siblings do.”

Do you sleepwalk?

“Sometimes.”

How do you cope with stress?

“I pray, honest!”

What workout do you do?

“When my schedule permits, I work out every day a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of one hour. I alternate my exercises. If I lift weights today, I do aerobics the next day, such as swimming, jogging or sports.”

What part of your body needs improvemen­t?

“My legs. My legs are solid, matigas na matigas. Maliliit talaga ang legs namin, mahirap mag- mass, even those of my dad’s. He’s tall, with great abs, but his legs are medyo payat. It runs in the family.”

What part is most vulnerable?

“My lower back. I have slipped disc. I was injured when I was in high school.”

What part is your favorite?

“My jaws.”

And what part of a girl’s body is your favorite?

“The eyes. And the brains. She should talk sense.”

What else in a girl turns you on?

“When she makes me feel like para akong bobo…na ganoon siya kagaling at kahusay mag-diskarte.”

And what’s in a girl that turns you off?

“Those who are vain. When they know that they are beautiful and they boast about it.”

How’s your love life?

“Fine, thank you.”

Do you have a girlfriend?

“I’m single now, for more than six months.” (He has broken up with Sophie Albert.)

How’s your sex life?

“It’s okay… ah, wala pala! None.” (Vin’s manager butted in, in jest, “Ask the towels! Ask the laundry woman.”)

Lights on or lights off?

“Lights on. I like to show off. Hahahaha!!!”

Did you ever take any video shot of your private moment?

“When I was younger. Noon pa yon. Now no more.”

When did you lose your innocence?

“I was 14. I was in high school.”

To a younger woman, older woman or a woman

your age? “A woman twice my age.

Pinag-laruan ako. She was the one who introduced me to the birds and the bees... Siya

ang nagmulat sa akin. All of my relationsh­ips are older than me. I fell in love with her. Where is she now? Married to somebody else.”

What about Sophie?

“She’s older than me by one year.”

Three women that you find sexy?

“Liza Soberano, Maja Salvador and Emma Stone.”

Using only body language, how would you make a woman know that you admire her?

“I don’t look at her, hindi ko siya pinapansin…kunwari hindi ako interested.”
