Tourism Authority of Thailand gives Pinoys a chance to travel with Mario Maurer

-

Mario Maurer (photo) remains to be one of the Philippines’ mostloved Asian superstars, with a Filipino-produced movie, a local clothing brand endorsement and millions of Pinoy followers supporting his every move.

The country’s love for the Thai actor grew even more when Mario informed his fans via social media of his recent graduation, finishing his Master’s Degree in Political Communications. This is why Filipinos have grown to love Mario — his good-looks and talents are well-complemented by his innate charm and intelligence.

Call it the Mario Maurer effect, but the Philippines (along with other countries with legions of Mario fans) has also grown to love Mario’s home country, Thailand. Mario’s magnetic abilities made him the newest ambassador of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), where he toured key cities all over Asia to promote his home country’s loveliest spots. As expected, the Manila leg of Mario’s TAT promotional tour last year was greeted with roaring reception, as the venue was packed with thou- sands of Mario fans who interacted with the actor and got to know more about Thailand tourism.

This year, TAT invites Pinoys once again to visit their country. At the 24th Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA) Travel Expo 2017, TAT will be present to showcase what amazing Thailand has to offer. The most-awaited travel expo, to be held at SMX Pasay starting today until Feb. 12, attendees can avail of big discounts in the most exciting Thailand travel packages.

As an added bonus, those who purchase Thailand travel packages from any of the participating agencies will get a chance to win a four-night, threeday trip to Bangkok, where they will also be whisked to a special dinner cruise where they will meet Mario Maurer himself.
