Prime of­fice build­ing de­vel­oper Dai­ichi Prop­er­ties held re­cently the top­pin­goff rites for the 42-story pre­mium grade The Fi­nance Cen­tre build­ing in Boni­fa­cio Global City which will officially be com­pleted in the sec­ond quar­ter of 2018. De­signed by world-renowned ar­chi­tec­tural firm Gensler, which also de­signed the head­quar­ters of Face­book, Airbnb and Uniqlo, The Fi­nance Cen­tre al­ready won the Five-Star Best Of­fice De­vel­op­ment given by the Asia-Pa­cific Prop­erty Awards in 2016 and is also LEED (Lead­er­ship in En­ergy and En­vi­ron­men­tal De­sign) pre-cer­ti­fied gold, one of the few build­ings in the coun­try to have such dis­tinc­tion.
