Prime office building developer Daiichi Properties held recently the toppingoff rites for the 42-story premium grade The Finance Centre building in Bonifacio Global City which will officially be completed in the second quarter of 2018. Designed by world-renowned architectu­ral firm Gensler, which also designed the headquarte­rs of Facebook, Airbnb and Uniqlo, The Finance Centre already won the Five-Star Best Office Developmen­t given by the Asia-Pacific Property Awards in 2016 and is also LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmen­tal Design) pre-certified gold, one of the few buildings in the country to have such distinctio­n.
