Riding on winning streak, Alveo takes the big leap
Ayala-owned estates builder Alveo Land is taking the big leap this year as it prepares a record launch of 16 projects worth a combined P40 billion.
In a press briefing, Alveo Land president Jennylle Tupaz said the company expects to carry over gains in 2016 when sales take- up reached P38 billion, with nine projects worth P22 billion offered as fresh inventory of residential lots and condominium units in Pampanga, Makati, Taguig, Laguna, Cavite and Davao.
She said on its 15th year, the Ayala Land subsidiary will expand its foothold in the emerging markets of Alabang, Cavite, Bulacan and Cagayan de Oro, as well as strengthen its current presence in major growth centers and Ayala estates nationwide.
“We have been generating personal bests in the first two months of the year. And with all the planned launches, 2017 will be a record-breaking year for the company,” Tupaz said.
She said Alveo’s winning streak has made it one of the country’s top real estate brands and, for the fourth straight year, the top contributor among Ayala Land’s residential units.
Tupaz said the company is confident in reaching its targets, especially with strong investor confidence and steady economic growth in the country. Alveo also prides itself in consistently designing masterplanned communities with living and work spaces tailored to the needs of its upscale market.
