Bacolod City in Western Visayas, popularly known as the City of Smiles, is the newest residential address in Robinsons Homes’ portfolio with the launch of Brighton Bacolod in Brgy. Estefania.

Located at the heart of one of the cleanest and greenest urban cities in the country, Brighton Bacolod is strategically located near the city’s key business districts, established institutions such as the University of St. La Salle and the Bacolod Government Center, lifestyle and tourist destinations, numerous golf and country clubs and Robinson’s Place Bacolod.

In Brighton Bacolod, future residents can pick from 735 choice residential lots with a predominant cut of 180 square meters. “Brighton Bacolod is a themed development showcasing contemporary Mediterranean architecture styled homes, complemented by lifestyle amenities and facilities that the entire family can enjoy,” said Cora Ang Ley, general manager of Robinsons Homes.

Ang Ley said the village clubhouse lends exclusivity to the residents’ lifestyle which includes celebrating major milestones. A leisure pool, a park and basketball court not only enhance family bonding but also promotes healthy living for its residents.

“Our planners and architects have carefully laid out Brighton Bacolod to provide more privacy to its residents,” she said. Hence only 33 houses have been allocated per hectare in this residential development. In addition, a perimeter fence surrounding the entire enclave, and two guarded entrances in the north and south gates, have been constructed to secure the entire property.

Robinsons Homes is one of the four brands of Robinsons Land Corp.’s residential division, taking pride in building enduring addresses that nurture early nesters to growing families who aspire to start the good life in their first home or upgrade to a bigger and better abode.

Staying true to its cornerstone of quality and value, Robinsons Homes offers choice residential lots in master planned subdivisions in key urbanized cities and provinces nationwide. Homebuyers may select from themed enclaves under the Bloomfields, Brighton and Springdale sub-brands to suit their lifestyle and taste.
