MMDA: Brace for QC weekend road repairs

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) yesterday urged motorists to brace for the threeday road repair project of the Department of Public Works and Highways in Quezon City.

The MMDA said the road repair started last night and will end on April 3.

The road repairs will be done along Mindanao Avenue (from Mindanao Avenue Bridge to Tandang Sora Avenue), Commonwealth Avenue (from Don Fabian street to Pacamara street) and Quirino Highway (from Sauyo Road to Bernardino street).

“The affected roads will be passable to motorists by 5 a.m. on Monday,” the MMDA said.

The agency asked motorists to look for alternate routes so they would not be affected by the road closures.
