STUDENT WINS EVER BILENA’S BIG BEAUTY CHALLENGE:

Min Ortiz (center), an aspiring make-up artist and Fine Arts student from University of Santo Tomas, took home the grand prize in the recently concluded Ever Bilena Big Beauty Challenge with his gothicinspired avant-garde make-up. Finalists were chosen weekly based on their interpretation of a specific themes using only Ever Bilena products.
