Greenfield City shapes up as sports and fitness hub

-

Greenfield City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna is shaping up as a premier destination for some of the most prestigious and sought-after sports events outside Metro Manila.

With the congested streets and increasingly rare convergence points for socio-civic gatherings in the metro, venues such as Greenfield City provide a breath of fresh air – figuratively and quite literally – for active-minded individuals and families who look forward to participating in stimulating health and fitness activities.

These include marathons, fun runs, obstacle races and even sports tournaments such as frisbee and football.

In the past few years, Greenfield City has built a reputation for playing host to some of the most important and well-attended sports and fitness events, such as the LBC Ronda Pilipinas cycling meet, Tough X Rough obstacle race, and many more. This year, visitors and residents of Greenfield City can look forward to a host of more exciting public sports happenings they can participate in. Private companies and organizations such as Couples for Christ, Toyota, and schools like the Philippine Public Safety College are holding their own activities and grand events.

Greenfield City is Greenfield Development Corp.’s pioneer township south of Metro Manila. Long before real estate players looked into Laguna as an alternative center of growth and expansion, Greenfield had established its foothold in the area with its vast land holding in Sta. Rosa.

What also sets Greenfield City apart is its truly holistic masterplanning.

Apart from residential communities and commercial centers, the development established a strong foundation with its industrial zones, which stimulated local economy and eventually grew the southern community.
