DAIICHI ACQUIRES LOCAL ASCENDAS UNIT:

Daiichi Properties recently acquired Ascendas Services Philippines Corp., the local unit of the Singapore-based regional property management group. With this development, Daiichi Properties, a leading office space developer in the Philippines, now moves into the property management business, complementing its property development, sales and leasing services.
