Summer photo courses at Fort Santiago

-

The Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation (FPPF) is offering photography courses for beginners and professionals.

Photography is employed in many fields of science, manufacturing and business as well as its more direct uses for art film and video production, recreational purposes, hobby, and mass communication.

An amateur photographer is one who practices photography as a hobby/passion and not for profit.

The commercial photographic world includes advertising, fashion and glamor, crime scene, still life, food, editorial, portrait and wedding, landscape, wildlife, photojournalism and pet photography.

People who want photography as a hobby and others as a profession to earn money and fortune can attend photography courses offered by the FPPF.

For beginners there is a lesson plan that will share them to acquire the basic skills to operate a camera and take good photo in five days or 40 hours. For corporate employees, there is a shorter time to teach how to operate the camera and come up with nicely composed pictures.

Participants can choose whether on weekdays or weekends.

The five-Saturday basic photography seminar will start on May 27, while the weekday on May 22-26..

The next advanced photography course will be on May 27 and 28, June 3 and 4.
