Phl bet named Mr. Gay World

John Fernandez Raspado, 36 and standing 6’2”, won Mr. Gay World 2017 during finals held in Spain. Runnersup were Candido Arteaga (Spain), Raf van Puymbroeck (Belgium), Alexander Steyn (South Africa) and Marco Tornese (Switzerland). He won five of the 12 special awards at stake: Best in Swimwear, Best in Formal Wear, Best in Interview, Mr. Online Votes and Mr. Social Media.

A Marketing graduate from St. Louis University in Baguio City where he hails from, John won in the I Am Pogay contest on It’s Showtime three years ago.
