2 soldiers wounded in roadside bombing

MAGUINDANAO – Two soldiers were wounded in another roadside bombing in Shariff Aguak town yesterday.

Soldiers of the 40th Infantry Battalion were patrolling Barangay Timbangan when an improvised explosive device went off. The victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.

Capt. Arvin Encinas, 6th Infantry Division spokesman, said they received reports that members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters were behind the attack.
