FIRST BALFOUR TO BUILD PSA IT BLDG:

Unisys Public Sector Services Corp. has tapped the services of First Balfour to design and construct a new nine-story building for the civil registry system (CRS) of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) I Quezon City.
