INVENTORS SCHOOL OF THE PHILIPPINES ADDRESSES UNEMPLOYMENT:
Officials of the Department of Labor and Employment led by Secretary Silvestre Bello III (middle), recently met with a proactive group of Filipino inventors led by Engr. Aqulino Tubigan Jr (left of Bello) and Filipino Inventors Society president Manuel Dono (right of Bello) to discuss a proposed economic program that would possibly bring about 19.5 million jobs for Filipinos in five years. Also present during the meeting were Labor Undersecretaries Joel Maglunsod (behind Bello), Bernard Olalia (left) and Dominador Say (standing at the back), and OWWA Administrator Hans Cacdac.
