Beginning May 28 and all Sundays thereafter, The Lounge offers an array of scrumptiou­s dishes inspired by Filipino comfort food and popular Asian cuisine, to make a hearty, enjoyable and satisfying luncheon experience. For only P888, indulge the whole gang’s palate with mouth-watering starters such as Deep Fried Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Tokwa’t Baboy, Pinsec Frito, Sinigang na Salmon Belly sa Miso and Crispy Crablets.

Callos, Thai Seafood in Coconut Milk, Beef Kare-Kare and Seafood Paella Rice are the main dish selections with Crispy Lechon Liempo and Roasted Beef at the carving station. You can also personaliz­e your own pasta dish with readily available ingredient­s the hotel chefs will happily prepare for you at the live cooking station. And because the buffet has something for everyone, the young ones can delight in the child-friendly fare at the Kid’s Corner.

The dessert spread, on the other hand, features such sweets as Mini Red Velvet Cake, Leche Flan and Richmonde’s signature Moist Chocolate Cake and Bibingka.
