Shoot for the Sky, airing on Aug. 6 at 10 p.m., shows two photographers trying to capture a photo of the highest mountain in Malaysia on a paramotor. On Aug. 13, 10 p.m., The Winning Secret offers a closer look into how the Korean Olympic Gold medal winning archery team attained success.
Malaysia’s Horse Archers, on Aug. 20 at 10 p.m., portrays how Malaysia’s horseback archers power through various struggles with their secret weapon for the 12th World Horseback Archery Championships. While the Johor Military Force special on Aug. 27, 10 p.m., recalls the history of the oldest military unit in Malaysia, and its significant role in protecting the people and their king.
Siam Golden Kingdom, on Aug. 12, is a back-to-back premiere about the remarkable lives of Thailand’s royal leaders and how they have dedicated themselves to their people and country. At 8:05 p.m., discover the story of King Bhumibol of Thailand: The People’s King. Afterwards at 9 p.m., watch the beautiful portrayal of Queen Sirikit of Thailand: The People’s Queen.
Premiering on Aug. 24 at 10 p.m., Season Eight of Swamp People follows the swampers through the 30-day alligator hunting season. On Aug. 30, 9:55 p.m., Season 10 of Ancient Aliens will let televiewers uncover one of the world’s greatest mysteries in Central Mexico, which theorists say was once home to an extraterrestrial civilization.
