Lovi talks about rumored French BF
The beautiful Lovi Poe was my special guest in my show Tonight With Boy Abunda, last week. We talked about her new movie with Vhong Navarro titled Woke Up Like This, now showing on the big screen. We also talked about the rumored new man in her life, Chris Johnson. We also did Fast Talk. Read on. Let’s talk about your film, Woke Up Like This.
Well, the movie is about me and Vhong (Navarro). We had a switch of personalities which is such an amazing story. He plays Nando? He plays Nando and I play Sabrina. Okay. We’re both crabby here. Why? He plays good basketball. But he can be
selfish at times. He wants the attention all to himself. And me as Sabrina, who is a model, feels she is a star and the only one star. So, that’s the commonality between Sabrina and Nando?
Yes. And they were taught a lesson. Nando came across someone who has magic powers and one morning, we woke up with switched identities.
I’m not a stalker but you know, I would see some of your posts once in a while, and you’d post photos with Chris Johnson. Oh yes.
I have a very simple question. Is he your
boyfriend? Yes or no. Oh my gosh.
And you know Lovi why I’m so quick right, minsan lang tayo magkita. I know! Well… I might as well. Yes. I’ll take it as yes. No… No. But, I think now, not for you, of course… But, for the people, it’s like what you see is what you get for me. Okay. What we see is what we get.
Yeah. So, we’re always together. Okay. So, what we see is you’re together. So, that’s what it is. I guess so.
Somebody told us, that as a girlfriend you are not the clingy type. You like your space.
I really love my space. I need my alone time. And, I think, I’m that type of person who believes that the way you love is to make me feel free. So, I do the same din naman. Does Chris do it? Yeah. He respects your space? He lets me be. I go out with the girls. He goes out with the guys. It’s nothing. I mean like, I don’t want to be restricted. ‘Cause the moment I feel I’m being restricted, talagang kumakawala ako.
But, you have to find someone who is on the same page. Yes.
You have to find someone who understands. So, both of you are not the jealous kind.
No. He’s very funny though. When he sees kissing scenes... In the movies…
Just like, one time I had this show and he was watching the kissing scenes. So, he just blurted out in French which I am sure was not funny at all. I just looked at him and he said to me, “You see? I can’t do those things.” I’m like, “Of course, you can’t. Because, you’re not an actor. This is my job.”

Who’s your best friend?
My high school best friend, Monica. Who’s your Kapamilya girl-crush? Iza Calzado. Where do you go when you wanna be alone? In my bedroom. Where’d you wanna get married? I have no idea. But, maybe Amalfi Coast. When? No… No… One Kapamilya show that you watch or have watched? Pangako Sa ’Yo. The ex-boyfriend whom you are friends with? Everyone. Where are you best at? Giving advice. How long does it take you to take a bath? I’m not sure. Maybe, 10, 15. Is it too much time?
Which part of your body goes to the water first? My hair. My head.
Sexiest part of Vhong’s body? I think, everything. Because, his personality makes him very, very... Sexy.
Makes him sexier, actually, than he already is. Sexiest part of Chris’ body. Chris… Eyes. Do you sleep in the nude? Sometimes, when I pass out, I’m asleep. Does size matter? Personality... Sense of humor… That’s the best thing. Is it lights on or lights off?

This year’s Miss World Philippines competition consists of a very diverse roster of candidates. One of them captures the attention of audiences because of her uniqueness. She is candidate No. 33, dubbed as Miss Forensic expert Noelle Fuentes Uy-Tuazon. She hails from one of Davao’s oldest clans the Villafuertes. Although she spent the majority of her education in USA, she still remains grounded to her Filipino roots.
Noelle has a formal training in Forensic Anthropology, under Texas State University’s Freeman Ranch Body Decomposition Facility Center, it being the largest “body farm” in the world. She has extensive knowledge in human variation due to her travels as a backpacker and an anthropologist. Noelle even studied Mayan archaeology in the deep jungles of Belize.
How did she end up in a beauty pageant? According to the 25 year old, it has always been a dream, but she never had the chance due to studies. She also supported herself throughout her college as a bartender.
Noelle intends to create awareness on human variation and anthropology and also plans to continue working on her advocacy on capacity building on disaster relief.
Noelle just might surprise the Philippine pageantry being the first and only Forensic Anthropologist to compete in a pageant.
