Unknown to many, there are various tax avoidance schemes available under the law that would allow taxpayers to reduce tax liabilities without violating Tax Code provisions. This becomes particularly relevant with the renewed campaign of the BIR to collect more taxes by creating regional teams to improve the bureau’s collection in their respective areas. This is contained in the Aug. 7 BIR Revenue Memorandum Order 17 detailing the policies and procedures in monitoring the compliance of the top 500 taxpayers in revenue regions.

This comprehensive program will discuss the legally permissible means of avoiding taxes in all your transactions. All these will be discussed thoroughly to guide participants in executing their plans or solving their tax problems and issues effectively.
