-

This year’s graduating senior high school class will get the opportunity to receive proper and expert guidance on how to make the right choices for a collegiate course that could lead to a good career during the 27th Career Consultation and Guidance Fair to be held on Sept. 14-15 at the Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC), Roxas Blvd., Pasay City.

Dubbed “#Career ExtraOrdinary,” the two-day event to be hosted by International Education Specialists (Inter-Ed) will provide students and parents an important forum on how to make informed decisions in picking a career that will match their backgrounds and capability in terms of personal knowledge, aptitude, interest and values.

Thousands of senior high school students from various schools in Metro Manila and nearby provinces are expected to attend and actively participate in the gathering and make sure that their career choices are aligned with the direction and guidelines set by the Department of Education under its K-12 program.

The event will enable participants to gain new ideas and insights through one-on-one interviews and consultations with school counselors and career planning specialists.

More than 60 public and private colleges and universities from the Philippines and abroad have confirmed their participation and will showcase their academic credentials and course offerings through their individual exhibits and presentations..

The 2017 career guidance fair is another affirmation of InterEd’s continuing commitment to provide professional advisory services to students in making the right career decisions through the series of workshops it regularly conducts in various schools, orienting students on the value of work and giving them good and sound counsel on making the proper career choices.
