Bulgogi Brothers enters 2017 Hall of Fame at People’s Choice Awards

Bulgogi Brothers was once again chosen as “Favorite Korean Restaurant” and will now be elevated to the Philippines People’s Choice Awards’ Hall of Fame for being an undisputed favorite in its category for three consecutive years.

The Philippines People’s Choice Awards is a result of the popular vote or the “people’s favorite” in an online voting conducted over a three-week period via one of the Top 10 travel blogs worldwide. It is spearheaded by the country’s undisputed number one food blog, Our Awesome Planet, together with the readers of the country’s most influential and popular lifestyle blogs, known collectively as “The KTG” (Kain Tulog Gang).

A franchise from South Korea, Bulgogi Brothers was brought to the Philippines by The Bistro Group (the same company that manages and operates TGIFridays, Italianni’s, Dennys, Texas Roadhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings, Village Tavern and Fish & Co. among others) in 2011 and has since captivated its guests with authentic Korean cuisine.

The People’s Choice Awards began in 2015 when Our Awesome Planet, the KTG, and WOFEX partnered to conduct the People’s Choice for their categories of Favorite Food, Restaurants, Bars, Chefs, and more. It included an intense first round of voting among themselves and a pre-selected set of finalists which they eventually posted in their websites and blogs for people to vote for their “favorites” in all categories
