Conrad Manila’s Chinese restaurant, China Blue by Jereme Leung, was recently hailed as the Global Winner-Chinese cuisine at the 2017 World Luxury Restaurant Awards. China Blue by Jereme Leung is helmed by Hong Kong-born celebrity chef Jereme Leung and Conrad Manila’s executive Chinese chef Eng Yew Khor. China Blue by Jereme Leung also recently introduced a new a la carte and dim sum menu in line with its first anniversary celebration. The new menu was meticulously curated by chef Khor, with guidance from Leung, focusing on premium Chinese ingredients and innovative methods that have gained wide acclaim. The restaurant aims to further elevate the local dining experience to new heights with tastefully authentic dishes coupled with plush modern interiors and panoramic views of the bay.
