Seminar for medium and large taxpayers

Medium and large taxpayers are invited to attend a seminar on BIR Computerized Accounting System Compliance on Oct. 6 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City.

The seminar will feature seasoned tax practitioner, Bienvenido Constantino. His expertise include aligning medium to large taxpayers’ IT-based accounting systems to comply with all the BIR regulations. He is the Founder and CEO of Helix Software Technologies, an Australian IT firm specializing in cloud technologies designed for SME, large enterprises as well as for LGUs.

He has assisted many large enterprises achieved BIR-CAS compliance including A. Soriano Corp, Mirant, Micro-D, Trends and Technologies, Mighty Corp., PCSO among many others.

His extensive experience include having worked as IT project director of World Bank projects with the Commission on Audit and the Department of Energy as well as in various USAID initiatives. He finished his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of the Philippines.
