Int’l meet on emerging trends in cosmetic surgery set
Rosario Ballecer, overall congress chair and president of the Philippine Society for Cosmetic Surgery invites participants to the “International Conference on Emerging Trends in Cosmetic Surgery” on Sept. 22, at the Dusit Thani Hotel.
The conference is jointly organized by The Philippine Society for Cosmetic Surgery, Philippine Society of Liposuction Surgery Inc., Philippine Academy of Dermatologic Surgery Foundation Inc., Pan Pacific Aesthetic Institute Foundation Inc., and Philippine Academy of Non Surgical Aesthetics (PANSA) with the special participation of Korean College of Cosmetic Surgery and Thai Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
The event will feature local and world renowned speakers from Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Italy, USA discussing topics in a variety of aesthetic, dermatological and cosmetic procedures including lasers, sclerotherapy, facial and vaginal rejuvenation using Botulinium toxins, fillers, thread lifting, hair transplant, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, volumetric face lifting, hand rejuvenation, breast augmentation using fat grafting, modern instrumentation for advanced liposuction techniques, fat transfer, body contouring using nonsurgical and surgical methods. Also to be discussed are legal issues in cosmetic surgery as well as marketing trends to enhance one’s practice. One of its highlights will be the live surgical demonstration to be held at the Surgery Center of Centuria Medical Makati on Sept. 23, which will provide the participants a more intensive learning experience.
Seven to 16 CPD units and 60-100 CME units will be given to attendees.
