After a long day at school or work, everyone will surely appreciate a steaming bowl of noodle or a sumptuous noodle dish. Just follow these easy-to-follow recipes from Good Life.

This soup dish can be prepared and cooked in just under 20 minutes.

CHICKEN SOTANGHON SOUP

Ingredient­s: 250 g Good Life Premium Vermicelli 1 1/2 cups flaked chicken meat 250 g medium sized shrimps, shelled

1 cup Rehydrated wood ear fungus, sliced 1 thinly sliced carrot 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 chopped red onion 4-5 cups shrimp stock 4-5 cups chicken stock 1 tbsp powdered atsuete powder fish sauce white ground pepper fried garlic

Procedure:

In a pot, add oil and sauté garlic and onions. Add 4 cups of shrimp stock, 4 cups of chicken stock and wood ear fungus. Add chicken and Good Life Premium Vermicelle and cook for four minutes.Put the shrimp and cook for additional 3 minutes. Add additional stock if needed. Get 1/2 cup soup from the pot and place it in a cup, add the atsuete powder and stir until dissolved. Add the atsuete mixture and carrots to the soup, season with fish sauce and white ground pepper the top with toasted garlic.
