Ortigas & Co. has made its foray into the serviced residences business.

In a press briefing yesterday, the company unveiled The Cirque in Circulo Verde along Calle Industria between the cities of Quezon City and Pasig. It is a 55-unit project between Ortigas & Co. and Hospitality Innovators Inc.

“This is a key part of what Cirkulo Verde is putting together to provide a more complete package to our customers in this area,” said Ortigas & Co. senior vice president and COO Thomas Mirasol.

For his part, Hospitality Innovators Inc. founder and CEO Luis Monserrat said The Cirque is targeted toward both the corporate and leisure market.

He said The Cirque makes for a very, very exceptional and unique staycation experience. “We’re very excited about introducing this. We are confident about this particular environment.”

“Aside from the stylish units, business travelers will also appreciate the breadth of amenities that The Cirque has to offer in a private and self-contained environment, with an array of dining, fitness, and lifestyle options,” Monserrat said.

Cirkulo Verde also has unique amenities such as the Hachi Dog Park and pet hotel and spa. Bike aficionados will also love The Bike Playground, another unique amenity of the property,” Monserrat said.

“The Cirque is part of our larger vision to fully realize the potential of Circulo Verde,” Mirasol said.

Circulo Verde, which was launched in 2009, is a 10-hectare masterplanned estate along Calle Industria, straddling the cities of Quezon and Pasig. It has four occupied residential towers and one nearing completion.

Industria serves as the estate’s retail component, which houses an exciting mix of establishments including concept cafés, restaurants, and a co-working space.
