BarLo Resto Lounge reopens at Two Seasons Boracay Resort

-

Two Seasons Boracay’s beachfront location recently renovated some rooms and its popular BarLo Resto Lounge.

BarLo, which is well-known for its Four Cheese Pizza and the Oyster Sisig. BarLo, sports a fresher look, with a new cabana that can accommodate 20-25 people. Its bar is located between the dining area and the kitchen, allowing for more space and airy ambience. Industrial-inspired lamps hang above the wooden ceiling while drop lights line up the walls and corners to brighten up the dining area. A wide screen TV provides added entertainment.

“Because of the increasing volume of guests, we decided to renovate BarLo. It now has an improved kitchen layout, a bigger prepping area plus additional storage and additional seats to accommodate more people,” said founder and owner John Peñaloza.

The resto’s menu includes all-day breakfast with dishes like Gambas, Lechon Kawali, Truffle Fries, and new offerings such as the Crispy Tentacles, Gambasetti and Lengua Sisig Roll. Othe interesting dishes are Crocodile Barbecue, Crocodile in Coconut Milk and Stir-fried Crocodile Strips.

Two Seasons Boracay has also refurbished and repainted the guest rooms and building exterior and changed the veranda furniture; upgraded amenities including its Bluetooth speakers, TV sets and LED lighting, among others, to serve guests better.
