Inspired by the iconic Lion’s Head on Kennon Road, a giant dog head on a rock face greets visitors passing Naguillan Road in Barangay Irisan on the way to Baguio City. This year, the Chinese Lunar New Year falls on Feb. 16 to mark the Year of the Dog.
