PUP LEADS SEMINAR ON MENTAL HEALTH

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines Honor’s Society held a seminar on mental health last Jan. 31. The event enabled students to handle their stress by talking about how to handle their mental health. “Handling Success and Failure: Implications for Mental Health” taught the scholars of Polytechnic University of the Philippines to achieve success and overcome failures by teaching them secrets on how to handle their stress while studying.
